John writes, "the unidentified blue machine with all the front levers (buttons - push in, push out) in one of the photos is a GBC (General Binding Company) binding machine that is similar to a three hole punch but binds pages together with a plastic fingered coil strip. I'm sure that they used to produce a ton of pamphlets and booklets. The machine can be set punch as many holes as needed down the side of a page using the levers or buttons shown."
